Terms and conditions

The purchase
Completed purchase means that you accept our terms and conditions. An order confirmation of your purchase is always sent to your email address as soon as possible after you have completed your order. You must be over 18 years of age to shop with us. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is correct and complete. The purchase is binding.

Prices and payment
The price is stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT at 6%. The price is that which applies according to the Filmbyn website at the time of purchase. Payment is made via a third party, WORLDLINE via an encrypted connection (SSL). Payment is made via card, and then you can pay with the following cards: Visa, Mastercard and Danskebank.

Debiting
You will be charged when the ticket is sent once we have completed processing your order.

Ticket validity period
The validity period for entrance tickets purchased online applies to the date stated in the purchase.

Terms and Conditions
The ticket will be delivered within minutes to the chosen email address. We also have the ticket in our system and all you need to do is provide your name, phone number and/or email address that you used when purchasing to use it.

Open purchase/Right of withdrawal
Repurchases of entrance tickets can be made until 5:00 PM the day before the ticket expires. The repurchase is charged with a cancellation fee of SEK 50 per order and the fee is also charged when parts of the purchase are canceled. Cancellations after the end date of the ticket period will be charged with the entire order amount. If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact info@filmbyn.se.

Complaints
In the event of a wrong purchase or if there has been a technical error, contact us as soon as you discover it at info@filmbyn.se.

Processing of personal data
Your customer information is protected according to the Personal Data Act (PUL). When you purchase a ticket from us, we collect certain personal information about you. This information is processed for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You can read more about how we process personal information in our privacy policy, which is available to read. here.

Force majeure 
Snickerboa Mariannelund AB cannot be held responsible for events beyond the company's control.

Other
We reserve the right to change this agreement without notice. As a customer, you must read the current terms and conditions of purchase available here on our website before ordering. 
We reserve the right to price changes and any errors in the content.
