Have lunch with us this Easter!

We have had a great start to the "Påsköppet" with a huge number of visitors from Denmark and Germany during "Dymmelon Day". So wonderful!

Now we are preparing for Maundy Thursday and the entire Easter weekend with an extra focus on food. Kjell Karlsson, with 35 years of experience as a chef in the USA, 8 years at Hoks Manor and 3 years as head of the restaurant at Björkbacken, will serve lunch on Easter Eve, Easter Day and Boxing Day from 12-14pm.

Of course, our popular homemade meatballs are served with mashed potatoes made from scratch, cream sauce, lingonberries, green peas and pickled cucumber. On Easter Day, Kjell's delicious breaded chicken fillet, homemade bearnaise sauce and potatoes are also served as the dish of the day for 129 SEK per person.
