Opening hours and prices at Filmbyn Småland

Here you will find current opening hours and prices for your visit to us in Mariannelund. We recommend that you always check our opening hours before departure, as they may vary depending on the season and holidays.

OPENING HOURS  Year 2026 

• May 1 - May 31: at 10-16.
• June 1- August 31: 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• September 1-20: at 11-16.
• October 15-18: at 11-16.
• October 24-31: at 11-16
• 8 November: at 12-16. Party in the Adventure Forest. 

Admission prices 

• Adults: 200 sec 
• Children 3-15 years: 150 sec 
• Children 0-2 years: Free entrance
• Students: 150 sec 
• Annual pass for children: 300 sec 
• Adult annual pass 500 sec

What is included in the entrance fee?

When you visit Filmbyn Småland, you step straight into the magical world of film. Our prices include full access to the interactive exhibition where you can experience classic filming environments, see original props and try your hand at creating your own film. You also have free access to our lovely Adventure Forest that surrounds the museum, where both children and dogs can run around.

Groups and bookings

We offer favorable group discounts for larger groups who want to visit us. Since our opening hours and prices for groups may vary depending on your wishes, please contact us for a quote. We are open all year round for booked groups and conferences.

Accessibility and dogs

• Companions with a companion certificate have free admission.

• Please note! Dogs are not allowed into the exhibition but are warmly welcome to stay in the Experience Forest and on our outdoor terrace.
