All dishes on our summer menu are now served except for the salad buffet which starts on Midsummer Day. More and more people are finding their way to us now that we are developing Restaurant SKOGEN. Our signature dish is still Småland's national dish: Homemade meatballs, mashed potatoes, cream sauce, lingonberries, pickled cucumbers and green peas.
